Staff is not very attentive or engaging. The food here usually does take a very long time to be prepared, but on the bright side at least the food and drinks taste really good. 4 stars mainly for the taste of everything and the decor!

I recently went here with my boyfriend on a summer Saturday afternoon. The shop was a bit busy as all the tables were taken by students. We waited probably 10-15 minutes for our order and got a text message when it was ready for pickup. The decorations in the store were quite cute. There were "A Sack of Potatoes" signs on the ceiling and the drink display had some drink options that weren't on the online menu (they are on the order online menu though). We ordered the Matcha Tornado drink, Summer Passion drink, popcorn chicken, and the BBQ and Bacon Potato Tots. All of them were delicious. The summer passion had fruits in it and came with a fork to eat the watermelon and kiwi in the juice. The popcorn chicken was tasty, the mild was a decent spice level for someone like me that can't handle too much, overall about the same quality as most decent boba shop popcorn chickens. The BBQ and Bacon tots were really tasty, we meant to save some and ended up stuffing ourselves cause they were so addicting, definitely would recommend.

TLDR: Would give it a 5/5 but they take SO LONG to prepare the food, so order ahead of time!! I stay getting the thai curry fish balls, popcorn chicken, and hong kong milk tea you can refer to my last reviews. Just wanted to add that I've been here enough times to say that the food preparation does take a While!

We finally got to go back here for our third visit. I took my group out to lunch to celebrate my co-worker's birthday and told her to pick out a place to eat at and I will treat them all to lunch. She's been to Sack of Potatoes in the past and she picked to go there. I told everyone to pick out whatever they wanted to eat, including a drink and I will order it. I placed the order online. Ordering online is so easy to navigate and we saved from waiting too long to eat once we got there. We came on Friday at 12:30pm and there were plenty of parking and tables this time so we came at the right day and time. We got our drinks first from the counter then our food was delivered to us. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Miso Ramen. It's such a hearty meal that I could not finish it all and had to take the rest "to go". It was so good and so much in it. It filled me for the rest of the day and ate the rest for breakfast the next day. I love the Whipped creme Ube frappe'. The Ube taste is there and it had a milkshake-like consistency. It was refreshingly delicious on a hot afternoon while eating ramen. I would order both again! The Tonkotsu Ramen (aka Naruto Ramen) looks just like on the show! It came very hot and it didn't look like a lot but it was a lot of food and he could not finish it. It was very good and filling. The brown sugar pearl latte was a disappointment as it was very bland even with 100% sweetness. It just tasted like milk with boba. My co-worker ordered the Veggie & Tofu Bento w/Mango Pimelo Sago. She couldn't finish her bento either. She ordered the bento before and enjoyed it. My other co-worker ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bento w/Pineapple Sparkling Refresher. She really enjoyed her meal but the refresher was a lot smaller than she thought. We got to choose free food for ordering a certain amount and we picked the Garlic Noodle. I have made Garlic Noodles of my own and I didn't like this version. I like my version. All in all it was a great lunch for all of us.
